Gold's Gym

Gold's Gym is a one-layer gym with everything I need - treadmills, inflatable balls for ab work, and different weight equipment for toning. I don't really need a higher membershipo for a gym that offers a rock-climbing wall, which I'd never use, so this was perfect for me. Gold's Gym is inexpensive, has all the basics that you need (and no frills). The best part about the gym is that it has all the weight equipment you can need as well as the cardio machines. Only wish is that they would upgrade the showers

PROS: Weights, cardio machines
CONS: showers are dank and of poor quality
