I went to Koons Tysons Toyota to simply test drive a Yaris for research on what to buy for my first car. The first car the salesman pulled out for me was used, but had a rusted dent on the side that they hadn't even taken the time to repair before putting on the re-sale lot...not only that, but they had the car priced at least $5,000 over what it should've been with the outstanding amount of miles on the car.
After I finally test drove the car, the salesman kept me and my family there for 45 mintues trying to convince me to buy that car that very day so he could meet his quota for the month even though I told him at least 10 times I wasn't buying anything that day. The pressure he was putting on me was such a turn off. Even after I told him while leaving not to bother calling because I would call him if I decided to buy a Yaris from them, the next day he called me...I told the salesman not to call me again that day...and 2 days later he called again...
Anyway, after that fiasco I went to Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge and put a deposit on a new Yaris with them. They don't put the unnecessary pressure on and are so much more professional. I will NEVER go back to any Koons...worst experience to have when buying your first car.
