we went to look at cars here, and the guy was sooo pushy. we knew the kind of car we wanted and the price range, but he kept showing us other stuff. We actaully asked "do you have a ____ we can see?" and he said that he wouldn't show it to us because we wouldn't like it and then showed us a more expensive car.

I was in a car accident that totalled my car and my insurance gave me the weekend to get a new car. We wanted a Prius (with a 6 mo waiting list) but called Koons anyways. Our dealer was Pushcar and managed to get us one of the extras that get delivered, despite the wait list. We were in and out of there pretty quickly too

Always crowded it was difficult to get help. They did end up giving us a good deal, but the car wasn't ready for several weeks after they indicated it would be. It wasn't worth the extra trips back and forth.

once in a while these guys have special promotions where there is no negotiating required. for example, my parents bought a camry there for the advertised out the door price that included the car, sales, fees, etc. there was no need to negotiate and i felt very good about the purchase, especially with the car having been sold some 1,500 below invoice price.

when neglecting the promotion i'm not really sure how these guys would be different from any other dealer. i'm convinced that there is no such thing as a guaranteed good car buying experience.

They have used they have new. They have a huge lot, and a lot for you to pick form. Very easy going people and managers are great to work with. They also know some of the best places for you to test drive the cars.-- If they don't have it they will speical order it...they do what ever it is they can do for you.
