Zales is a chain store and their prices and quality reflect it. Although it is worth going there if they have a good special, there are many other choices available so why settle for shopping mall jewelery?

Zales is a good concept of you live in a small town in Nebraska. However it does not transfer well to New York City. There is no reason to pay this stores huge mark up when you can practically get diamonds at cost in the diamond district. The price difference is stunning: if you know your stuff and can negotiate well you can literally get diamonds for half of Zales prices on 47th street.
