Arts & Scraps is a great place for framing. Their selection of frames and mats is incredible and they are happy to help you pick just the right combination. They are fun to work with and they are fairly priced. Their new location is very warm and inviting and conveniently located near the intersection of Andresen & Mill Plain in Vancouver.

Arts & Scraps is a fantastic store. They offer a great selection in papers, decorative embellishments, and great examples of how to improve your scapbooking pages. The first time I went here I was designing invitations for my daughter's party. The woman who worked there was so knowledgable in helping me put together my ideas for the invites. I ended up with the perfect amount of paper and embellishments to make the cutest invites. I will definately shop there again as they offered the best selection of items, I received great help, and I didn't end up spending a fortune! Highly recommend!
PROS: Wonderful selection of items, examples displayed, great help
CONS: None

Arts & Scraps is the best scrapbooking store in the Metro area. Yes, it is small, but the selection is top-notch (especially the embellishments--whoa, sensory overload). The shop is packed with unique, off-the-beaten-path merchandise that simply isn't available anywhere else in town. Theres nothing generic or boring here (no Mrs. Grossman stickers!), but tons of artsy, creative things that will set your scrapbook apart. The prices aren't low, but that shouldn't shock you if youve dabbled in the scrapbooking world. The owner is a fabulous scrapbooker herself, and the store is full of her homemade, inspiring creations. The travel section is especially packed, which is tremendously important, since I mostly archive my travels. Buy your plain-colored paper elsewhere but come to Arts & Scraps for everything else. One major drawback--no return or exchange policy.
