Sue Gebhardt was my real estate agent for my first home 6 years ago. She was AMAZING. She quickly figured out the area that I would most like, and found a house within 24 hours that suited our needs. She told us to jump on it because it was a great investment opportunity. 6 years and my house was worth 3X what I paid for it.

PROS: Personal attention, experience, the works!
CONS: None to speak of.

I was renting and found Susan Gebhardt. She is the greatest. She showed me some property and took the time to really educate me on the house buying property. I haven't bought yet but can say I was impressed with her professional knowledge and presentation. Excellent.

Susan Gebhardt (Windermere) and Patricia
Wallace (Coldwell Banker) form one of the
most dymanic real estate duos in Seattle.
Pat represents Coldwell Banker Bain which
was voted number one most productive
affiliate of Coldwell Banker nationwide
last year. I don't doubt it with these two.
They know real estate. They move properties.
Both a class act, they really work your house
sale in all areas of Seattle. And they really
know how to find you a dream house too.
