4 Stars: Austin Grill (by steven F.)

The Austin Grill located in DC E Street is a nice place to grab some Tex Mex. All the food here is decent. I like coming here with some coworkers after a long day at the office for some food and drinks. The food does not blow me away but everything I have ever ordered is good.

3 Stars: bad experience Sept 2008 (by paul f.)

took wife to austin grill, she had a grilled chicken salad and I ordered a cheeseburger medium, (it was served to me rare). She enjoyed her salad and I must say my cheeseburger was delicious. It wasn't until three hours later that i experienced a 12 hr bout of Montezuma;s revenge.
Now that I am on my way back to recovery I strongly recommend ordering any beef (at this restaurant) well done, and if it is served less than what you ordered I strongly urge you to send it back to the kitchen. and not feel as I did that the waiter and kitchen would consider you a complainer. Would I return? Absolutely Not, Paul

3 Stars: Tex-Mex (by Mona E.)

An upbeat restaaurant and bar that funky and "weird music" town in texas, Austin grill serves up solid Tex-Mex food along with entrees like chili-crusted tuna, pesto chicken with cheese. Reliable friendly service makes this a fun spot for a meal and visit. Inexpensive.

4 Stars: reliable Tex Mex choice (by Catherine G.)

This restaurant had a nice decor and atmosphere. I don't know a lot about Tex Mex food, but it seems authentice to me. :-) I highly recommend the migas. There are great choices for kids, and the food comes fast. Low fat and vegetarian items are available and clearly marked on the menu.

5 Stars: Best Tex-Mex in Downtown DC (by Brian B.)

This is the best Tex-Mex that you can find in DC, if you ask me. They have great burritos, burgers, tacos, fajitas, etc.

Also, great happy hours specials. Nice beer and margarita selection.

Service is generally good, too.

PROS: Location, Service, Fair Prices
CONS: None
