Kim's Nail Spa

Kim's Nail Spa is the best place in town to get your nails done! They are so wonderful and kind, and make everyone feel like family...not just a customer. Everyone has such a good time there! And of course, Hot Mama is my favorite lady!

Living here in Kentucky now, you don't find the quality service that you get at Kim's. Everytime I go home, I ALWAYS hit up Kim's to see my people!

And to the lady, Ms. Diane M., who wrote a negative review...no disrespect, but please learn how to spell before you go off on someone....it might add a little something to your argument if you did a spell check.

HOT MAMA does my nails and pedicure she is very friendly and does a great job compared to some places I've been going there about 7 mths. and I would recommend KIM'S NAIL SPA.

I am sooooooo upset. I got a fill and my toenails painted and it cost $29.00. I paid with my debit card and put $1.00 tip on the card to even it out to $30.00 and then tipped an additional $5.00 in cash. I work at a bank so I look up my acct online everyday and balance it. I couldn't believe that instead of $1.00 they changed it to $5.80!!! they added a 20% tip without my permission...Unbelievable, after tipping in cash and the $1.00 I tipped MORE than 20%. I called the salon and still have not heard back from them. I work part time as a server so I know and appreciate the art of "tipping"...I will not go back to this place. There is nothing stated that they are automaticcly charging a 20% gratuity and as i said....I DID TIP ...I am PISSED!!!!

I started going there shortly after she opened. I will never go elsewhere. That one visit was so impressive I told everyone I know.Hot Mama is just the best. And all of them are very friendly.

My sister and I went in for manicures and pedicures to relax one day and left feeling very pampered and with wonderful looking hands and feet. The staff were very professional and treated us like queens. Sometimes manicurists can get a bit too chatty either with the customer or with co-workers and while they were perfectly polite, they also let my sister and I carry on our own conversation at peace.

The place is kept very clean and their tools are sterilized after each use.

You can get the best pedicure here. But they also do nails whether you want acrylics or gels. They also do manicures and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home.
