4 Stars: Yum... (by Lanny H.)

This is a full service restaurant that is connected to a smaller desert/drink place. Both the restaurant and the desert store are great. My favorite are the different drinks with the tiny tapioca. The warm sesame deserts are great too. Can't go wrong here.

4 Stars: (by Kalvin L.)

I love the seasame & walnut paste...among the myriad of wonderful desserts here. Also been to the Arcadia and Irvine locations. Want to try to Fair Oaks location when I get a chance. The original first Phoenix Inn is in China Town.
