5 Stars: Super nice! (by Mary M.)

The pool at the Hard Rock is in the shape of a guitar and you can hear music when you are underwater. The kids really enjoyed the water slide as well. This is a really nice hotel. We had a few problems with the key card, but they worked with us to get it fixed. The place is a little expensive, but it is worth the front of the line access at Universal Studios.

5 Stars: Florida Hotels (by Daved B.)

Bring the Kids. Bring the dog. All of you can live like rock stars at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando. If Universal studios and its surrounding attractions are what your here to see than this is the hotel for you. This hotel is within walking distance to all the parks entrances. Just hop on the hotels free shuttle bus that not only brings you to the park but also bypasses the normal lines to a special express entrance for its hotels guests.

4 Stars: Beautiful hotel but the staff lacks... (by Tiffany C.)

Hard Rock Hotel is a beautiful hotel, but the staff members I came into contact with were lacking. They all seemed to have bad attitudes, like they were too cool to help the guests staying at the hotel.

Other than that, everything is great. The zero-entry pool is really nice, they even have music playing underwater. The Hard Rockin' Lemonades served at the pool are delicious!

There are several displays throughout the hotel containing various items from celebrities. We actually visited each floor of the hotel to see all of the displays.

5 Stars: Nice Hotel (by Jill W.)

We really liked this hotel. The kids got a goody bag with sunglasses, visor and some other things. They also gave them a refillable mug, for showing their report cards, to use during our stay. We being able to use the front of the line entrance at Universal and IOA. Parking spaces were sometimes hard to find at the hotel, but other than that it was great.
