Bank of America

...I've been loyal to B of A for many a year, because they are of the 'old school': no silly gimmicks (gimmies??) or Toaster Oven Marketing here... just plain old Great Customer Service... I am always remembered ( read: never hassled: may I see your id and written notes from 5 next-of-kin?? ), those who remember me are always friendly, and when my doggie goes through the drive up window with me he gets treats!!

...AND they laugh at my jokes... when asked "how would you like your money?" and I answer 'doubled'...

PROS: Great customer service. Shiny quarters.
CONS: nothing.

Bank of America is one of the best banks around. I have had them for a few years and they have been nothing but very helpful. They are very good abour removing erroneous charges, or even borderline ones. The branch workers in N Portland are very friendly and make an attempt to remember your name, no matter what you financial status is. I highly reccommend this bank.
