I purchased a brand new 2000 Taurus from them. 1. they didn't have the vehicles manual and said they would mail me one...never got it, even after calling a couple times. 2. The tires on the car made the vehicle shake really bad. I took it back several times within the first couple months; they balanced/rotated and even changed a tire. They finally said there was nothing they could do and the service manager started to avoid me when he saw me coming. Eventually, I went to Big O tires in BBurg and they confirmed the tires were junk. When BigO took the Ford tires off, they noticed that someone (from the Ford dealership) wrote "junk" on the inside wall of one of the tires. Anyway, I put some BigO tires on the car and it rode very smooth.

Very disappointed in their ability to diagnose a problem and they didn't seem willing to admit their tires were junk.

Bill Estes Ford sales and service employess are truely top notch. They provided great assistance during the recent purchase of a used vehicle. We found the price to the reasonable, the staff friendly and communicative and the service staff very efficient. (There was a small problem with the vehicle that was only discovered after the purchase and this was repaired quickly, without cost, and a substitute vehicle was provided during the time required for the repair.) We have purchase two vehicles from this dealership and would highly recommend them.
