Large selection. Employees are very helpful. Items are well stocked in all sizes. Prices are great and they have great sales. Highly recommended place to shop.

OLD NAVY AT THE LLOYD CENTER MALL HAD A GOOD COLLECTION FOR SUMMER THIS YEAR. DID A GREAT DEAL OF SHOPPING THERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY. WHEN I WENT TO RETURN A TOP BECOZ IT DIDNT FIT, THEY APOLOGISED AND PROMPTLY HELPED ME IN FINDING A NEW ONE, EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT ASK FOR ANY HELP. :D

PROS: CUSTOMER SERVICE
CONS: DRESSING ROOMS TOO CROWDY

Old Navy is the best place to shop for good quality and very fair priced clothes. They have big sections in all areas , baby, childrens, mens and women. Their plus size lacks. I don't like the loud music and I can nevre seem to find someone to help me - they walk so fast!

I find old Navy to have very reasonable prices for great quality clothing. I have only had one problem with a button coming completely off a pair of jeans and the store associates were so nice and helpful and I was able to exchange them no problem, I even got $12 back because they were on sale when I did the exchange!

This Oldnavy is huge and has great selection. It seems as if they aways have a sale going on. The employees are nice and will help you if you can't find what your looking for. They also offer free shipping from online in the store if the don't have your item in stock.

they have great customer service the are priced pretty good and are good quailty clother you can shop for the whole family all at one place and they always have specials going on they are really cute clothes

Old Navy is a great place to get cheap clothes and still be in style. Although its not a really famous brand like gucci or armani, this stuff will make most people happy. Sometimes there are even shirts under a dollar! I mean, how could you not like that. Its a store to save money for the whole family and get some pretty nice clothes during all the seasons of the year.

This is one of the best Old Navys I have been to! Lost of clothing in stock and great deals! Cute clothes, shoes and accessories for the whole family!Customer service has always been great and I will continue to shop there! Very nice & clean store!
