2 Stars: inadequate service on all levels (by K S.)

I have been frequenting this store for a few months anticipating more helpful staff participation for my needs and have been sorely disappointed every time. The store often looks like a well dressed ghost town, I expect to see tumble weeds when I enter. It is impossible to get or FIND staff to answer questions and that goes for the pharmacy staff also they behave as though they are above customer assistance. I also notice where they lack in assistance they will make up for in overkill as far as security (staff INSISTING on walking your purchases up to the counter themselves as if you might steal that highly prized pack of 20 cent Ramon Noddles they take such pride in on the dust covered shelves. Yes that million dollar security system that goes off every time you ENTER the damn store is'nt worth anymore than the service itself. I would recommend consumers go directly across the street to Walgreens (their sister store) at least there bad service is expected.

5 Stars: absolutely wonderful service (by angie m.)

Osco Drug on Farwell and Brady provides excellent customer service. The store itself carries everything from beauty products to food. The best thing about the place by far is it's pharmacy staff. They are all very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions one may have. If the pharmacy is out of stock of a prescription, the pharmacist will actually look for something over the counter that may be the same thing. There is also a drive thru for the person who may be running short on time. The only downfall about the place is that the pharmacy used to be open 24 hours and is not anymore. The only place I'd get my prescriptions filled!
