Cooper Tire/diversified Tire

I purchased 8 cooper tires at $1500.00. Four for my truck and four for my car. When wheels on truck were balanced the wrong weights were used resulting in the clear coat peeling off. I brought it to attention of management and they were willing to fix problem. The owner had other plans. He told me that I was an idiot and that I didn't know what I was talking about, all in front of two female customers. I now have four rims on my truck that have to be replaced. I have never been treated so poorly. I strongly suggest that you reconsider where you do business. They do not care deep down about their customers, only how much they can make off of them.

I was very happy with the service I received here. I was in a desperate situation, and they were able to take me in right away, and did the necessary repairs in a short time. I appreciated how quickly they did a quality job.
