Had trouble with warranty work that we were having done. Told us once that they had authorization and then were told later it was just verbal authorization and the company wasn't going to cover it so we had to pay for what was done before we could pick up our trailer. This is after they were specifically told not to do the work if the company was not going to pay for it under warranty and they had the travel trailer for 3 months!!
Pros: Easy to get to
Cons: Not always completely honest.
