I must admit the one time my family rented a car from this Enterprise location, we chose them because Enterprise Rent A Car is a recognizable name. We were very satisfied with the car rental and the prices they offered. The leasing associate was not very knowledgeable though. He slowed down the process on the days we picked up and returned the car. Otherwise we had a pleasant experience and would use them again

My wife had called and ordered two specific types of vehicles when guest were coming from out of state. When a coworker went to pick up the first one, he got exactly what had been reserved. A little later in the morning, my wife and I drove over to pick up the other vehicle. After going to get the keys, they informed us that they didn't have the vehicle that had been reserved and instead wanted to "downgrade" to a smaller car, which was not acceptable. The whole purpose to calling in advance was to make sure that the larger vehicles would be available. After some small talk the manager offered his vehicle to make us happy. It was actually a much nicer vehicle than what had been reserved and was certainly large enough to accommodate the incoming guest. They did a quick clean up of it, since they had not planned to rent it out, so we did have to wait, but everyone was happy in the end. I would recommend them, they were friendly and even though there was a mix up, they not only good on the deal, they did more than they had too.
