Gco Carpet Outlet

I love this place! My kitchen floor looks great. The installer did a fabulous job - no seams visable at all. Best of all the cost for the flooring (which is nicer than what I had found at Lowes) and the installation was $600 less than Lowes wanted for just the installation! They will definately be doing the rest of my floors.

Low quality merchandise...they lied to me about the quality of the carpeting. I asked about the weight of the carpet, and took them at their word. NOT SO...we got snookered! Now, several years later, far too soon, we must re-carpet and for certain, we will not go there again! Ya' get what ya' pay for!

Manager not honest and rude! We put large carpet remnant on hold, went to pay for it the next day and he claimed it was sold. He literally yelled at the salesman who was selling us the carpet as he and my husband were loading the carpet, then he proceeded to demoralize the salesman who had been honest with us. I will not return and they lost a sale of over $10k since that remmant was the beginning of reflooring our 4000+ home.

This carpet store is an outlet, just like it says in the name. They do not have outlet prices. I compared their prices to several Montgomery carpet stores and decided they had the lowest quality carpet for a not so quality deal!

This is a very friendly and nice store. The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. They carry a huge selection of carpet and sale items. They have a nice play area for the kids with a TV and toys. I would recommend GCO for all of your flooring needs.
