You may not think of Montgomery AL as Jazz club territory, but Jazz at the Sous La Terre isn't your ordinary Jazz Club. Located below Lasalla Blue, The Sous La Terre serves food that is a notch above the typical jazz club -- you will not regret going to this club. The club opens at 11pm Friday and Saturday night and the band starts playing at 1am. The guys have been playing together for over 50 years and play a large verity of music.

I can't believe there are no reviews for this place! It's been in Montgomery forever and if looking for dark, seedy and sexy, be there after midnight and it goes down! Live, jazzy music. Very relaxed---a good low key spot for whatever...I went for the first time last night(not a native so still exporing spots that I like), left at 4am and the music was still trumpeting up the stairs. My kinda place!
