I've been to this salon twice. The first time to get my hair colored back to it's natural brown. The stylist matched the color great. She also gave me some really good tips on taking care of my hair. However, when I got home, I noticed some big circles of hair that weren't colored as well as the others. I've left it and hope no one has noticed. The second time I went to fix a bad haircut. The stylist I got couldn't even tell that the right side of my hair was 1/2 to an inch longer than the right. She evened it out some but not much. The first time I went, I got scheduled very quickly but had to wait like 30 minutes to be seen after my appointment time.

PROS: the older stylists give good tips and are pretty descent
CONS: wait time, cuts aren't so great

It's not a huge salon, but it has a good layout and makes good use of space. The front desk can often be busy, and staff have been pulled from the back to help out; try not to schedule an appt during a time when you might be in a hurry. Since the salon is located in a mall, there is ample parking, often right near the entrance door. Prices are reasonable; my haircut was acceptable; hair products used for wash/conditioner before the cut were outstanding. I wanted to buy the product but it's not avail for retail sale, bummer.

PROS: good parking; decent haircut; reasonable price
CONS: somewhat disorganized front desk; wait time may vary
