Only had one experience with Jeff Ballard, but it was a good one. He was honest about whether or not I should invest money to fix a 10 year old TV. Although I decided against fixing it, I will certainly call Ballard Brothers the next time I have a problem.

We've used Ballard several times to repair video equipment. This is one of the few places that will service professional quality and format equipment. More importantly, he knows when he can't fix something or when it wouldn't be cost effective. Professional, straight shooter.
