I love the homemade pimento cheese, as well as the chicken salad. For me, this is not an everyday lunch place, but it's great every once in a while. Besides, they aren't open everyday at lunch. They also do great catering, whether you choose there on site or if you want them to come to you. I hear the cabarets are a lot of fun too, though I haven't been to one. They are located downtown. The service is great. They are extremely friendly. Highly recommend for a change of pace, from the other "regular" run of the mill lunch spots.

The food here is wonderful, in a Southern style & setting. The chicken salad is to die for. I always use the take-home casseroles for a sick friend or a new baby. They are very reasonable and delicious.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. The atmosphere is wonderful. It is decorated with a definite feminine touch. The tables have different chairs and the china for each person is different...it adds a unique flair. The food is southern style and they have a wide assortment with a special of the day which includes dessert. I have enjoyed everything I have ordered. The price is about average, but well worth it. They have great chicken salad and their fried potato side dish is heavenly. They also have homemade casseroles you can order and pick up for dinner. The staff is really great, especially Leslie the owner who personally welcomes everyone who visits. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
