Forest Hills Garage Inc

Several people recommended this garage to me. I went and was pleased with the customer service. A month later and no oil I was not so pleased with the service.

First clue something was wrong: I took the car to them because the car maintenance light and tire light indicated service needed to be completed. When I got the car back 5 hours later, the same lights were on.

Second clue something was wrong: I had to call them and tell them that the lights were still on. Their response: We didn't know you wanted us to turn the lights off.

Third clue: The tire light came back on the next week. I had to take the car to the dealership to get the light to stay off.

Fourth clue: Fluid appeared on my sidewalk right after their maintenance service.

Although others had a good experience with them, I will NEVER let them service my car again even though they hold the warranty on my tires.

I have been using Forest Hills Garage for the past 25 years and I have never been dissatisfied with the work they have done. They are aoways quick to provide service and have picked me up and taken me to work numerous times. I highly recommend them. They are family owned and operated.
