The young lady at Metro West (Kylie, maybe?) was definitely A+, as was the lady at the Daleville location (didn't get her name). She explained the sunless tanning & I think I will give it a try soon.

I've been tanning for many years. Club Sun is the cleanest and friendliest tanning salon I have ever experienced, by far ... The best! And very affordable packages. I love the unlimited package ... Great deal!

Joining Club Sun has been the best decision!! The previous tanning salon I went to was nowhere near as friendly and efficient. I truly feel like a VIP every time I walk in, and get pampered through the whole experience!

I love how friendly your staff is. When I come in they make me feel welcomed and wanted! It's nice to see a place where they really only have to know your name and how long you wanna lay in the bed..goes the extra mile to keep everyone coming back!

I appreciate the prices, the clean and beautifully styled salon, the friendly staff and the flexibility they afford someone who might not want to tan all year round. The one thing I would change would be to have mirrors in all the tanning rooms for sprucing up after a session.

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with Club Sun! All employees I have encountered at the Daphne, Al location, and especially Megan Marley, have been kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond what I would expect. They also always inform me of special offers and daily/weekly deals.

I just wanted to say that the evening staff that you have working at the Dothan, East side salon are totally awesome. I have been a member of Club Sun for many years and I think that these girls are great. They are super friendly and go out of their way to help you out. I look forward to going daily. The atmosphere cannot be beat!!!!!!!!!!

Beds always clean, great specials everyday. Almost all of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Never tanned before and a really sweet girl with curly blonde hair at the cottage hill club made me feel so comfortable and went out of her way to answer any questions I had. My sister and I frequently tan together and are always happy to see her when she is working.

I would like to comment on the great service that I have received at your salon. The customer service is awesome no matter what time of the day or night I visit. Allie has really helped me with my product line, and has shown me which skin care and tanning products would be best for me. Allie and the others keep me coming back....I don 't know what I would do without them! Thanks Club Sun for making me a part of your family!

Having been a VIP Club Sun member for about the last 8 years, ALL of your staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very well trained. Your salons are immaculate, feature the latest technology and products, and above all I'm treated like I matter most every time I tan. And when I don't have to wait to tan behind a 100 spring breakers because you value your local year-round customers who stay with you every year, that's just the icing on the cake:) Kudos to you for being the best at what you do!

I absolutely ADORE all the girls at the Cottage Hill location! From the moment I first walked into the door to my last session, I have felt welcomed and appreciated every single day. Caleigh made a huge impression on me the day I signed up I was highly impressed by her knowledge and excellent sales skills. Tiffany, the manager, was kind and willing to help when I had a concern, and It's always such a pleasure to talk to Chelsea, Andrea, Raissa, and Sarah. Originally I planned on only tanning for a couple months, but, based on the amazing service and hospitality, now I'm tempted to become a year-round tanner!

I have been a member of Club Sun for a very long time. I absolutely love to tan at your Salons! I have lived in California and your salons surpass the best there by miles! The customer service is absolutely amazing. Michelle has always been a delight in Dothan and Daleville, and Kirsten in Enterprise always meets me with a smile and has me pulled up in the system and ready to go by time I get to the counter. I have never had a bad experience. I am very busy and don??t have a lot of time and these ladies definitely recognize that. All of your ladies are great at what they do, these two stick out as the best among the best!!

I have been a member for a long time. I really enjoy tanning in your clean beds! I need to bring something to your attention - you need to know something GOOD! Several weeks ago when you were having problems with your computers and beds not communicating properly. Allie and the rest of your team maintained unexpected calm and professionalism through a frustrating situation! They were great! Night after night, they could have made everyone feel anxious or angry or even lead customers to have a bad opinion of the company. But they simply stated the honest facts, offered solutions and even handed out product samples (which I thought was genius... she turned an unpleasant moment into a marketing opportunity!) Pat Allie and the team on the back...they did a good job!

I have been a member of Club Sun for 5-6 years. I would like to comment one of your managers- Kerian Pannell. Every time I walk in she always has a big smile on her face which is a pleasure in this day and age where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Kerian always, and I do mean always, is a delight. Her dedication to her customers is a breath of fresh air to me. I actually look forward to seeing her with the beautiful smile she has for every client!!! She recently assisted me in choosing a new tanning lotion, answered all of my questions, and helped me make the best decision while staying within my budget- that to me is AWESOME!!! I admire someone like Kerian who is an awesome manager and is there for each and every client!I look forward to seeing her each and every time I go to Club Sun- and one more thing- her salon is the cleanest and most most well kept up tanning salon I have EVER been in!! The bottom line for me- Kerian Pannell rocks big time!!
