The staff is not only knowledgeable, but friendly. We have used them several times and never had a problem. Actually it has just been the opposite, they worked with us. Once when my folks were coming through town, they had car trouble and Broadway went out of their way to get the car fixed and back on the road, in record time and did it at a fair price. I don't know what is a better review for Broadway, than I trusted them with my parents car, while they were hundreds of miles from their home!!
