Craigs Automotive gets (and deserves) a BIG thumbs down from me. I came to them to simple get my brakes checked out because they were loosing responsiveness. Well, I brought my car in and I walk into the main office and ring the bell a few times and wait, no one is available. Finally, after at least 10 minutes someone FINALLY shows up and doesn't even give me a 'sorry' or 'have you been here long?', infact, he says nothing! He just sat down at his desk and began writing something, I told him I needed help and that's when he finally began to help me. We worked out the details and I left expecting my car repair to be done in 3-4 days (the amount of time the employee suggested). Well, a week passed and I heard nothing from them. I was afraid I was being scammed, so, I called them and found out they had not even STARTED on my car yet. Finally, after about two weeks, they call me telling me my car is finished. I come down there and find this GIGANTIC bill awaiting me because they not only fixed my brakes, but also fixed a bunch of other small problems, gave me new parts, replaced old ones, and even charged me for a washing they gave to my car! I was appauled! I paid them and stormed off. Yes, my car worked fine and the brakes were fixed, but the service and price was just out of control and I will NEVER go there again!
