Talk about slow service

I love the wings at Wing Out Express, but the service is horrible. It took us 25 minutes one time to get an order. Once you are in the drive thru, you cannot get out because of the way it is set up. The cashiers are not friendly either. Just a smile would be nice. The outside appearance needs to be maintained better also.
