Most important to me is that the managers Larry and Randy are honest and courteous. I've never felt taken advantage of just because I'm a woman. When I bring my vehicle in, they're honest enough to tell me what I do and what I don't need done to my vehicle. The quality of work is excellent, and they have always stood behind their work. I've tried other mechanics to try and save money, but got what I paid for in terms of unsatisfactory repairs and service. I always end up back at Good Year.
