After moving here from Texas, was apprehensive about looking for another dealership to take care of my car... but due to a problem I had with my car on Christmas Day of all days, they came and picked up my car from Troy and had it ready the same day! Outstanding! Karen Hord put me at ease and they are my dealership now, even though I live in Birmingham!

I have several things done at the service department. Staff is always friendly. The service is done in timely manner. The cost is around average or a little above. I don't have to worry about the quality of work done.

McGough sends out monthly magazines, service reminders, and other information about their vehicles. They are always fast and friendly when I take my vehicle in for servicing and provide useful advice for prolonging the life of my car.

We used McGough exclusively when we lived in Montomgery & Prattville. We went to them for service first with our Oldsmobile. They were always honest & upfront. They would take the car when they promised and call to let you know what needed to be done to give you the option to either complete the work or not. We liked the service so much, when it was time to buy a new car, we shopped only there. Their financing was easy & the staff is outstanding. I would highly recommend them.
