I attended this program and was very pleased with the results. I learned all the laws and guidelines of bartending in the state of Alabama and many, MANY recipes that I have used to the liking of my customers.
PROS: Extensive training, testing of knowledge, certificate
CONS: No job placement(as stated in price), no "flare" teaching
