Cox Creek Family Dentistry

This is a horrible Practice, go at your own risk. I was lied to by the people in the office and the treatment is good one time bad the next. The Dentist may be in a good mood one time and a bad the next. I've had two negative experiences with this office. Fool me once, your fault, fool me twice ... my fault ... I don't know why I didn't replace this group as my family dentist any sooner.

My dentist had to have surgery so I went to this place. He informed me that one of my fillings needed to be replaced After I went back and had the filling replaced I was asked if I needed anything for pain and I stated no that I have a bad disk in my back and had pain meds at home. That evening I was in the worst pain that I have even been in after a filling. I called and told the lady that answered what was going on and that my pain meds wasnt touching the pain..I didnt know what was wrong. She said she would have him to call me back BUT his father called and told me that I was seeking pills and that I was just dentist hopping! I was crying and told that idiot man that if indeed that were true then why had I told them I had meds at home?? I HAD pain meds already and it wasnt helping. I needed to know what was wrong and what to do to get some relief. HE was so rude and mean to me that I was crying so hard. I called a lady that worked for an oral surgeon and she told me to take 800mg advil with the pain meds and also try moist heat. It was remarkable how much better I felt after doing that. The pain pills ALONE did nothing but when adding the advil worked wonders! I was mistreated and not cared for at all. I am a Christian woman and forgive them but I would never recommend them to anyone..I pray for them and I hope no one ever has to be treated like I was.. No one should ever label or judge another person like that. I was hurt and even thought about writing an article in the newspaper to maybe keep them from doing this to anyone else but all I can do is pray for them...BY the way, I had to have a root canal done on that tooth within two days.Then ended up having to have it cut out by the oral surgeon because it was cracked. I feel that he drilled to deep and messed up the nerve or root. I never got an apology from them even when I went to pick up my records.

I love cox creek family dentistry!!! my daughter is five years old and she has had a lot of problems with her teeth since she was about three. I took her to cox creek and they have been excellent from the start. The nurses remember her everytime we go and they treat her very special. They make her feel very comfortable and help her relax. Being able to do that with a small child who is scared is amazing to me. The service you recieve at cox creek family dentistry is the best !!
