A & W Repair

Do not go here. These people held my car for two weeks, never calling to give me updates on the work they weren't doing. I would call and request updates at least once a day, and finally got tired of it and threatened to take it elsewhere.

I called a ton of shops to have my clutch replaced. A&W quoted me 5 hours of labor for $380. I'm a broke college student so I decided to use them. They charged me $640! That's nearly double the quote!! (thanks for the credit card debt) Then they tell me that they have to charge me for 7.5 hours of labor because that job type specifies that amount of labor in the computer when my car was only in the shop for 5.5 hours....so the initial quote was a flat out lie. I could have done this myself...clutch was installed fine, just horrible people behind the desk.

I used this garage to put on timing belts, brakes, and roters. When I had them service me for the timing belt, a few months later my timing belt came undone. I had another garage take a look at the car and turns out A&W Auto had never completed the job they billed me for. I went back to the dealership to discuss the dispute and they dismissed me as though they did not know what I was referring to. I repeatedly informed them that this problem was induced by their garage and all they could say was that they couldn't be held responsible. If you're thinking about using them for their reasonable prices...Think twice, this place has pathetic business.
