Crimson Inn is the best. If you are looking for a wonderful bread and breafast inn, this place is for you. Their prices are wonderful. They are easy to find, located at 1509 University Blvd in Tuscaloosa, the heart of where everything takes place. The innkeepers are nice and kind and know the area. I was impressed by them. I loved staying there, as they have so many things to offer. I do not think you will go wrong in staying here, as they did make me feel right at home. I enjoyed it very much, and if the occasion arises again, I certainly will be jump at it. It was that good. I recommend Crimson Inn very highly.

Real southern hospitality! This is a 79 year old restored dutch colonial home and is in the college (U of A ) area.
It has southern elegance, and in the parlor room, there is a mural painted of the U of A's President's Mansion, painted by a local artist. They now also have a spa on the terrace for guests to use.
It is in a GREAT location for tourists, around golf, museums, antique malls, historic buildings, resturant, and gift shops among other things. and, the campus is nearby. (The stadium is nearby too, perfect for football season!)

PROS: relaxing, great location
CONS: have to book way in advance
