Regions Bank

Regions automatically sets up checking accounts with overdraft protection w/o your permission. I would prefer that my card just decline than be charged $35.00 in overdraft fees. They can also manipulate how items fall so that they can get more in overdraft fees. I was told it was not an option to have your card decline. But after much research I found it absolutely is an option you can have the $500 overdraft changed to $0.00 only to have them change it back to $500 in 30-60 days (because you are such a good customer) This is a scam that's been going on for far to long. This is extra money for the bank and the employees are trained to be right on board with it. I don't recommend anyone doing business with them, but sometimes you have to learn the hard way.

We have used this bank for many years. And have never had a problem with any of our accounts. They are all kept in perfect order. And adding new accounts is never a hassle.
