Scott Whitney's Salon

One day I messed my hair up so badly when I tried to dye it myself. A friend recommended me to go to Scott Whitney to have it fixed, Scott rushed me in and worked on my hair for almost seven hours. He did an amazing job and stayed after hours to help me. I will never have my hair done anywhere else. I moved four hours away and still travel back to Fairhope to have my hair done by Scott or his staff. They work so hard to make sure your salon experience is the best. I have never been to anyone who knows how to do color like the Scott Whitney Salon. The prices are steep but totally worth every penny. You will not believe how many compliments from men and women about what beautiful natural red hair I have, but little do they know I actually have brown hair. I recommend the Scott Whitney Salon to everyone I know. They are amazing!!

This salon compares to "Big City" ones very favorably. Service is excellent. Decor of salon is elegant and relaxing. Scott and his staff are excellent and will go the second mile to give you good service and keep you happy.

Great Salon. The best in Baldwin County ot Mobile County. Great people. Sincere, Nice. Friendly, Definitely leads the pack and cuts great hair too.

Upon entering they instantly greeted me and offered a beverage. They even have coffee and wine to serve. The service was a hilight and cut for me. My drink was always half full if not more! The experience at the shampoo bowl was heavenly. They gave me a hot towel while I relaxed. At the end I got a complimentary makeup touch up! Haircuts range from $38 and up. It was a pleasure!

PROS: complimentary drink and makeup touchup
CONS: They are perfect in every way!

I love this salon! I just started going a few months ago for color & cut. I have never received so many compliments on my hair. If you need a great stylist this is the place! They are super friendly and gave me lots of styling tips!

I LOVE Aveda products. When we moved to our new home we joked we picked it because I was literally 1/2 a block from an Aveda Salon. The prices are outrageous for the area... $65 for a simlpe haircut, NO drying or styling. When I returned after my last cut to request it be fixed I was treated quite badly IMO. Th stylist told me it was so long becuase it had grown that much in 2 weeks. Huh?! I was happy they fixed it. But will no longer use them for stlying needs for sure. Will still purchase products from them... but I wish they were better priced. They also need a dedicated area for good pedicures.
