Ihop Restaurant

This was the worst experience of me and my husband life. We love Ihop food but this was our first and last time visiting this one. To say the service was unsatisfactory would be a overstatement. The service was awful. My food sat under a heat lamp that did not do its job for 15-20 I counted It was so cold that would not eat it. The glasses were dirty and server was very rude stating that I"m tired and were understaffed so just a little while and I will be with you. One man were three hats he was the manager?/host/and he delivered the food to the tables. And to say the least it was my husband birthday and it was ruined because of lousy service never again will I visit the IHOP in Pelham, Alabama not neither should you.

PROS: It was not as crowded as others in my area but I can understand why
CONS: The service, ability to serve more than 20 people, and the lasting impress
