Jones Mark - Prestige Properties

I recently sold a home in Auburn, AL and my selling agent was Michael Dean with John Rice's office and he was absolutely offal. The buyer's agent with Prestige Properties, Anna, was absolutely fantastic, coordinating their contractors to come in for estimates and even taking care of some things for me that my agent was too lazy to do. Anna is definitely a full-service agent!

The staff is friendly and helpful in obtaining the property. Then once you're in it, you have to fend for yourself. If there's an animal carcass underneath your house that's rotting, resulting in a foul odor, they won't send someone over for at least a week. There are plenty of other rental companies in Auburn/Opelika to choose from that have much better customer service.

CONS: lousy, scary customer service
