Lighting Fair

I wanted to do some remodeling. I came here to see the styles of fixtures. I had a style in mind but the associate assisted me in the right direction.

They have just built a great facility. There is plenty of parking. The store is nice, clean and well arranged. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I have an elderly neighbor that from time to time I give a hand to, when he has a special project that he needs help with. Recently, one of those projects was replacing some parts on his fan and light fixtures. He had already run over to this store and bought what we would need, so that it would not take all day to accomplish the task at hand. He opened the first package with some replacement parts and handed it to me, after climbing up on the ladder, I realized he had the wrong part. We headed back to the Lighting Fair to get the right ones. We walked in and was greeted by a young lady, who promptly (with some help from me) figured out what we needed and went to get the right pieces to fit the fixtures in his home. Of course, the right ones were even higher in price than the original ones that he bought (so again with a little help from me) "we" explained that he owed the difference. He wasn't happy, because the parts were "expensive", even more so than he even originally paid, but truth is that you do pay for quality products, no matter what they are. I was even surprised that they took back the one that he had opened, but they did, even though it was returned only because he had gotten the wrong part to start with. Again the young lady was more than helpful, she was pretty patient with him (as was "I"...LOL) and the store and location are both good.
