After searching the internet and going to several dealers. I found the best deal at Serra Toyota. The salesperson Morgan Smith got me a great deal with a good financing rate on my new Avalon. I couldn't be happier. The staff at Serra were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and you can tell they care about their customers. I would recommend Serra Toyota to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. They had the Tacoma I wanted in my price range. No pressure to buy just friendly customer service. The salesperson worked with me to get a good rate, and we got the deal done in a very short time. I would recommend Serra Toyota to anyone looking for a new car!!

They were so helpful with my purchase of my first new car. I was having car trouble with my old car and they helped me drive away with a new one. The service the is amazing. Everything about this store is clean and well respected. I have gotton numerous calls of different people from this store just to check on how my car is doing and if there was anything they could do to help.

When I went to buy my new Toyota, I shopped around several places and at every car lot I had the same experience. as soon as I got out of the car, I was swarmed by sells people wanting to help me. But when I went to Serra Toyota I did not have that problem, I did have a gentlemen ask me if I needed any help and I informed him That I would like to just look AND believe it or not that?s what I did. When I found the car I wanted I went and got the sales person, test drove the car I wanted, then went back to the dealer ship negotiated a price, Lower than any of the others I had gotten and I was off in my new Toyota Camry. Very Pleased

My purchases from Serra Toyota have been very positive experiences. I have recently purchased my second vehicle from Morgan Smith. A warm and friendly atmosphere accompanied by Morgan's fast and efficient salesmanship makes recommending Serra Toyota to my family and friends a pleasure. From beginning to end, I was in the dealership less than 2 hours. Efficiency and reliability are very important to me. Everyone involved in my deal treated me with respect and answered all my questions. I will be back in the future. I highly recommend and give Serra Toyota two thumbs up!

I went to the dealership, decided on a specific vehicle, and made an offer. After a bit of haggling, the salesman said he would have to check w/ Mr. Serra. Unfortunately, Mr. Serra wasn't in at the moment and I would need to wait. I waited about 1/2 hour and decided to leave. The salesman assured me Mr. Serra would be there in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, I got up to leave. Again, he stopped me, saying that Mr. Serra was on his way. After ten minutes, I walked out, ignoring the protests of the salesman. I wasted far too much time at this dealership. I will never go to any Serra dealership again.

The beginning of our transaction started out fine, but started to head downhill pretty quickly. Our salesman wasn't very upfront with us. We had decided on a car, but constantly redirected to another one. We bought the car we wanted, but we did not leave thrilled with how we were treated. The car was supposed to be detailed before I brought it home. It was not, I sent it back to be detailed again and again it came back in poor shape. Finally I decided to just take it home and found that a headlight had been knocked out. We took it back to be repaired and were given a hard time about it. We have not had good experiences with the sales people OR the service department. The vehicle itself is great, I just wish we had bought it somewhere else.

PROS: We got the car we wanted at close to the price we wanted
CONS: Service was horrible on all levels
