I just would like to comment on the experience I had with your establishment. It is unfortunate that my husband and I received the level of customer service that we had when we visited your store in Mobile. We tried to be as helpful as possible during the ordering process and it seems that people just don't do the right thing nowadays. Richard was very rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I tried to be as polite as possible until we exchanged our pieces of furniture. There should be something said about the way Richard spoke to me and his lack of communication with us during this dispute. I will never return as a customer and I will make sure that I post my experience on every webpage that allows customer experience ratings. It's unfortunate that Richard doesn't know how to treat others and talks the way he does to people. He should be ashamed of himself. I have shared my experience with everyone I know, my husband as well, and we will continue doing so. I hope that you will be mindful in the future that we, as customers, have a choice where to shop and have expectations. Most of all, we have a voice. I will make sure mine is heard.
