I signed up for Citysearch just so that I could review Crown. I dont know why VinceR had trouble... but I have found Ed and Amber to be very friendly and helpful. Even offered to standby for a pick up in a freak ice storm!!! Drivers are friendly, prompt and prices are reasonable...what more could you want?

It is a very rare occasion that we have an unsatisfied customer because we strive for excellence. However, since the credit card provided by Vince declined numerous times and we had poor communication, I had no other option than to refuse the service. \r\n.

Terrible service and very unprofessional!!! I called and tried to rent a limo for 2 nights costing me around $2,000 on Halloween. I had a very hard time with a lady named Amber on securing the 2 nights, even after talking to the owner who was very nice. I am very disappointed in the lack of service. I would recommend another limo company.
