Phipps Danny - Liberty Properties

Danny Phipps is the owner of Liberty Properties. He doesn't not know what he's doing. He lets his employees handle things for him. Then, they tell you something different.You think they could all get on the same page, think again! Their properties for the most part are unsatisfactory. While some may be new others are old. Old isn't always bad though when taken care of, which is not the case here. Everything constantly falls apart and is so old that uses much more energy which costs more money. Speaking of money thats something Danny manages to get out of people. He charges you for all sorts of things. Deposit back? Dont even think twice about it! Lastly, we have all heard the customer is always right mainly meaning treat them right. Well, that something Danny has no regard doing. He doesnt get out of bed till noon to take care of problems. He talks extremely ugly to you! Overall terrible guy terrible business!
