Pet Palace Inc

I picked my dogs up from Pet Palace and they absolutely smelled horrible with urine. The staff was rude and simply said "sorry" and made me feel stupid for not thinking that was "normal". They tried to explain to me that with doggie daycare they try to clean up urine as soon as possible but sometimes they don't get to it in time before another dog gets in it. I am well aware that dogs can smell when playing together, however when they smell like they've been bathed in urine someone's not doing their job. My dog smelled like he'd been sitting in his urine for weeks and he was only there for the weekend. Once I got him in my car he defecated which he has never done before- confirming my suspicion he was not likely let out that morning. If I wanted them to just be let outside and fed I would hire some kid to do it. The price was very high and for that amount of money I should be able to leave my pets knowing they are getting the best care possible while I'm away. Although the manager was nice unlike the staff, there was absolutely no compensation for this and they simply shrugged their shoulders; very unprofessional and will never use them again.

I use the Doggie Daycare service during the week while I'm in class, and on the weekend I board Sadie. Everytime I get her home, she passes out because she played so much in camp! The staff is incredibly friendly and they all know my pet as soon as I walk in the door! I highly recommend this place if you need to leave your pet for two hours or even two months!

My husband and I leave our dog at pet palace whenever we go out of town. It is a great place for animals and the caregivers take wonderful care of your pet. They are friendly and the service is great! The price is very reasonable as well. We always feel comfortable with leaving our dog there!!
