I do not care for the management,it is very impersonal, no proper training ,the management does not smile or have a good attitude as well it like their are being inconvienced your supposed to greet everyone ,but when the employees greet they are serious not friendly only a few are friendly and happy, Management should be happy that people want to work for them to help ease up the load on them so they can do their job .

Guess what?

Parking lots, buggies, and anything else that happens to your car ISN'T the stores problem.

Maybe you should try working at retail. you'll find that dealing with people like you sucks.

Actually , the review on the parking lot is true, I have lived here all my life. The parking lot is on a slop, and none of the employees from any of the stores take care of the carts. The employees of party city are impersonal. They make no effort to be pleasant in any way. You are Lucky to get a have a good day or thanks upon leaving.

That review above is ridiculous. The parking lot has nothing to do with the business itself. Sounds like someone just had a bad day and took it out on the company. Sad.

I will no longer shop at this store. I went in last year to grab a few things at their new location. It was very windy that day and I noticed several buggies in the parking lot. I parked out away from everything and was in the store a few minutes. When I came out there was a buggy against my car. When I pulled it back I saw a HUGE dent where the corner of the buggy had plowed into my passenger door. The parking lot in that place is terrible! It slopes very badly and only has ONE buggy corral and if you add alot of wind into the mix it spells disaster. My problem with the store is that the whole time I was there trying to find out how to go about getting my car taken care of (which took about 30 minutes) NO ONE went out to the parking lot to get the MANY buggies that had accumulated and were rolling all around the lot being pushed by the wind. After many different phone calls (they just kept passing me on to someone else) I was finally told that it was not their problem.

PROS: NONE
CONS: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
