Evans Realty Inc

Evans realty is a prety good realty. I lived in one of their apartments one time. They are very friendly if something is wrong with the house they will fix it. I think because they don't have as much properties as the oher realtors they actually give good attention to their apartments. They always come and spray the house. the pretty much do whatever you want them to do to make the appartment better. Compared to Northcutt realty, this one is way better. I recommend everybody to go there.

Evans Realtys office is located on Glenn Road, which is close Kroger. Its application fee is $ 25. If you have roommates on the lease, everyone has to pay$ 25. Last year I moved to one of their town houses. I was bitten by fleas. After almost one month they solved the problem. Later my apartment faucet was leaking. It took them two months to fix it. I paid more than $180 on one-month water bill.

If you need to rent an apartment or house, I highly recommend this company. The staff is friendly and responsive. Anytime we've called with any questions or concerns about our rental property, they've responded immediately to help. Our a/c stopped working and it was fixed the same day. They even had a new industrial size microwave delivered in the middle of a hurricane. Their payment policy is very fair. Rent is due in full by the 6th. If you've mailed payment and they haven't received it, they're willing to work with you without necessarily charging a fee.

PROS: reasonably priced properties, great staff, very dependable
CONS: none
