Hanson Joseph W Md - Tennessee River Dermatology

I went for my first appointment and to my surprise I was taken back AT MY APPOINTED TIME!!! Very impressive. I saw the doctor and he diagnosed my problem immediately. I had been to others who just gave me a cream and made we wait over 1 hour to boot! I was able to return to work. Later- the office called to make sure I was OK!

This clinic received a GOLD SEAL from the Joint Commission- and I know why. The office was very clean, the staff was very professional and the doctor seemed to really care.

I went to this dermatology center. I can't remember the doctor I saw but he prescribed an antibiotic for me. I had an allergic reaction to it. I called to see if they could prescribe something different. They said alright we'll e-mail the doctor and he will call in a new prescription for you. I waited called the pharmacist no prescription. I called four more times and they kept telling me the same thing. Finally I went in and canceled my next appointment. They didn't even try to get the doctor then or anything. ugh I don't recommend them for anything to anyone.
