Dey Gem Jewelry

A piece of jewelry bought for my wife as a gift had to be returned. Dey Gem would not give a refund only a store credit. I did not want to purchase anything else there because of the past problems. Therefore, I have to find another piece of jewelry or loose money. They were not nice about the situation.

I took my wife's wedding band and engagment ring into Dey Gem Jeweler to have them bonded together and was extremely satisfied with the results, Not to mention, my wife's very happy with the way her rings look. And we were amazed with the speed of service. Dropped the rings off one day and had them back the very next day. Had the rings resized and bonded for less than $65. We're both very happy with Dey Gem and we'd recommend the store to everyone. And we look forward to doing business with Dey Gem in the future.

This is my second time taking my jewelry to Dey Gem and I would recommend this store to any and everyone. If I buy jewelry at another store and need to have it sized, it takes AT LEAST 2 weeks to get it back. But Dey Gem sizes the jewelry right there in the store and each time, I've gotten the jewelry back within 3 days. Not to mention, they do an excellent job when it comes to jewelry. And everyone's very helpful and kind.

Dey Gem Jewelry has diamond rings and watches and also will clean and inspect your jewelry. They take credit cards and also have layaway for Christmas. They have a Gemologist and professional Diamond Grader. When I was there last summer I was looking at some watches and the person who helped me was very patient and didn't mind showing me the watches in the glass case. They also didn't mind my browsing and looking at their diamond rings. I felt comfortable shopping in their jewelry store. Since it is not in a busy Mall, I think they have a more relaxing atmosphere to shop for jewelry.
