Well I was thoroughly disgusted with this place. I took my young school aged son there. I had friends whom were very pleased with the place and some who wasn't. I thought I would give it a try. I had to pay 2 weeks in advance. The first day my son heard every cuss word there is. EVERY cuss word. (A, B, GD, D, S, F- words...etc) Another kid threw a fit and broke one of those heavy duty school plastic and metal chairs on a table. After my son came home the first day and told me this I was very bothered, but thought okay this must be a one time deal. So I talked to the owner the following morning, she informed me that this is normal and that my son need to get use to hearing cuss words since he is in school. He had been in daycare for 3 years and regular school for a year and had not heard cuss words like this. I was in shock and in disgust. So I called around and got him into another daycare that I was well pleased with. I paid more, but to me it was worth it. My son hated Little Hands. So when I picked my son back up I informed the owner that that was not okay with me and I will not ever bring my son back there. I asked for a refund of my money and she refused. So they still owe me 8 days of childcare pay. I do not recommend this awful place to anyone. I also found out later of course, that this is were most kids end up going that get kicked out of other daycares for cussing, crude and being mean/abusive to other kids

I have used this day care since August 2013 and i have not had any issues with them out of the norm. They are open on most snow days when schools are closed. The workers take good care of all the childeren they are assigned and treat them equally. They feed each child individually breakfast, lunch, & snacks so they know that the child is eating well. Dipers are checked every hour. I have been very please with this daycare.

I came here to read reviews and find out about this daycare....but it looks like the first comment is a disgruntled former employee complaining about the work schedule, and the second sounds like a commercial for the place.....no way to tell from these opinions. Thats too bad

Let me start by saying that i am a outsider and know a few of her previous employees, and a few of her previous customers...Little hands is understaffed, and most of the time, over the laws limit of children per teacher. The owner refuses to give effective raises to her loyal employees and instead, cuts their hrs and gives it to the lesser paid employee. The staff is under trained and most of the not even certified. She doesn't allow the employees to take the required amount of time by law for lunches, but doesn't pay them for that time either.

Little Hands Child Care is a great safe place to leave your children. They have a professional staff that offers a full service care center with learning programs and a busy activity schedule. Your child will never be bored and will be learning things that will be useful to him/her when they are school age. Their drop off time is 5:30am and pick up time is 6:00 pm. They offer before and after school service and their staff is CPR trained. Very reasonable rates.

PROS: Reasonable rates, great learning environment
CONS:
