After reading the other reviews I felt like I need to chime in. The things listed (checking to see what kind of insurance you have, new patient appointment MONTHS out, etc.) are NOT only at this practice, but all over Conway. We moved here over a year ago and I was SHOCKED that I could not get my kids in to see a Pediatrician. They actually said I should take them to the ER b/c their next new patient appointment was 3 months out.

I did decide to put Dr. Throneberry as my PCP on my insurance and I have had good experiences with the clinic. However, I have NEVER seen or met Dr. Throneberry. If you are not okay with seeing an NP or PA, then this may not be the place for you. I have loved seeing Michelle and would highly recommend her, but even though Dr. Throneberry is technically my doctor, I have never met the man.

I just wanted to let readers of these reviews know that the complaints mentioned here are widespread and definitely not just at Dr. Throneberry's clinic.

Upon calling this clinic in search of a new doctor, we were told that YES they were accepting new patients. When my husband starting giving the receptionist his information, she interrupted him and needed to know what insurance he carried. After he told her, she paused and advised that they weren't taking any patients with THAT particular insurance, and that there weren't any new patient slots available. Then she hung up on him!! We have a great insurance policy (it's not state insurance or something cheesy that you've never heard of), so I have NO IDEA what their problem is...don't bother with this rude clinic that apparently doesn't want any new patients!!!

Walked in your office today only because of the caring advertisement you put out there!NO NO YOU DONT!I was shut out as quick as I came>>>>>>>>>I am sick but was told as quick as she could that you do not see "New patients"Point-Don't say your practice cares when it does not"!

Dr Thronberry and his staff are very professional and very helpful. The office always works you in for an appointment when you need it. Dr. Thronberry is never in a hurry and listens to you. He has a new PA in the ofice and she is great a real assest to the office. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the office is always clean and tidy. The lab tech. is very experienced and very gentle in taking blood. A great family doctor!
