(by Karen M.) <p>Smokehouse serves the best BBQ in Conway. They use good quality meat and ALL THE FAT is trimmed off. Some BBQ restaurants just chop the fat into the meat....not Smokehouse. It's the leanest BBQ you will find. The variety of sauces is great and if you like spicy, the Shack sauce is the way to go. Service is friendly and fast.
